  • Pest Control

    • How does my quarterly pest control service work?
A pest control technician will visit your home or business on a quarterly basis to treat the exterior. You may call our office at (727) 761-9385 to report any pest issues in between any scheduled, quarterly visit. If you see dead pests inside this may be normal and an indication that the barrier treatment is working. If you see an excessive amount of dead pests, please notify us.
    • Do I need to call the office to schedule my quarterly treatments?
No. We manage the schedule for your quarterly exterior treatments and we will call you the day before to notify you of our impending visit.
    • When will my quarterly treatment be scheduled?
After your initial pest control visit we will schedule visits to your home or business once per quarter. Your technician will provide you with a courtesy call the day before the service is conducted. You do not need to be present at the time of service as most of our treatments after the initial service are done on the exterior of your home or business.
    • When should I call Geiger's Pest Services regarding an issue?
If you are seeing live pests or an abundance of dead pests in a particular area, please use our Extra Service Request form. Our staff may determine an additional treatment is necessary.
    • Will I be billed for any additional visits if I pay for annual, quarterly pest control?
Our regular, scheduled pest control is designed to occur once a quarter. If you notice live pests between treatments, please call the office to notify us of the problem. If an additional treatment is necessary, there will be no additional charge unless the issue is outside of the annual contract agreement (i.e, bed bugs, fleas, termites, etc.).
    • Do I need to be present for my treatments?
During our quarterly treatments, we treat the outside only, providing an exterior barrier to your home or business. You do not need to be present. You may request an interior treatment; and at which point, someone over the age of 18 will need to be present to let our pest control expert inside.
    • Is the pest control safe for children and pets?
Yes, it is safe for both children and pets. The products we use on the interior are diluted for everyone’s safety.
    • What do I do if I see live pests?
If you have any issues with live pests on the interior of your home or office, please use our Extra Services Request form.
    • What do I do if I see dead pests?
Good news! This is a sign that the treatment is working as designed. The exterior barrier is designed to be effective when the pests come in contact with the products. This may be when bugs are attempting to enter your home or office. If you are seeing only a few dead bugs over the span of a few weeks, that is normal. However, a substantial amount indicates a possible interior infestation that we should be made aware of. Please call our office for assistance.
